Aquipic Store Warranty Policy: • According to the Ministry of Commerce regulations, the warranty on electrical appliances is valid for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty also applies to gas equipment for one year. We guarantee product maintenance within a period not exceeding 30 days from the customer's complaint regarding defects covered by the warranty, provided that parts are available. Maintenance is carried out at the company's maintenance center in Jeddah and Riyadh. The company does not bear the cost of transporting the product to and from the maintenance center. Warranty does not include external accessories. Warranty does not cover consumable parts. The warranty service excludes malfunctions resulting from: • If the equipment has been subjected to external maintenance or if unauthorized spare parts have been installed. • In the event that the equipment is operated incorrectly (such as using a high-pressure gas regulator or operating the equipment with an incorrect electrical current) resulting from the customer providing incorrect information regarding the electrical voltage (1 phase – 3 phase) 220 – 380 volts. • Using the equipment in a manner contrary to the operation and maintenance system is considered misuse. • Malfunctions resulting from violations of periodic maintenance requirements or manufacturer instructions. Examples include cleaning refrigeration equipment (filters and condensers), as well as other equipment and parts that require periodic cleaning to ensure efficiency. • Violation of the periodic maintenance conditions or the manufacturer’s instructions attached to the device when operating and using it. •The warranty does not include shipping costs.
